Halcyon
Thesis Project, Parsons School of Design, New York City
Halcyon is a product manufacturing system that uses Chennapatna Lacquer & 3-D printing to manufacture recyclable objects with zero waste. This project explores how to replace polluting and climate change-inducing petroleum-based non-biodegradable plastics with safe, sustainable, and recyclable natural biomaterials.

Aurora

Aurora is a family of lights inspired by the changing moods of the sea. The lights can be placed by the bedside or anywhere in the room.
A mellow glow from the depths of the sea recreates an underwater feeling of peace and relaxation that plays on various colors or depths of the ocean.
